DMCA Policy

FadeByMigz LLC ("FADE") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the FADE platform.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available through the FADE platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information sufficient for us to locate the material (e.g., analysis ID, URL, or description).
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, FADE will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
