FADE Neuro Video Analyzer ("FADE," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by FadeByMigz LLC, located at 20913 Road 24.3 SW, Mattawa, WA 99349, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider, Clerk. We do not store passwords, authentication is handled entirely by Clerk.

Video Files: When you upload a video for analysis, FADE stores a private processing copy and transmits the video to the AI and transcription providers needed to run the analysis. FADE uses a 30-day processing window so history playback and follow-up analysis can work. At the end of that window, the file is queued for deletion within 24 hours while the written analysis result remains available. Third-party providers handle their copies under their own documented retention terms.

Analysis Results: The AI-generated analysis of your video (scores, findings, recommendations) is stored in our database so you can access it from your analysis history.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. Stripe provides us only with a transaction reference and the last four digits of your card for receipt purposes.

Usage Data: Vercel Analytics provides cookieless, aggregated traffic data. If you choose Accept in our cookie notice, PostHog also records explicit product events such as analysis started or completed, a pseudonymous user and agency identifier after sign-in, page path (without query strings or URL fragments), and browser or device information. PostHog product analytics is disabled until you consent and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service: Analyzing your videos, displaying results, and maintaining your analysis history.
• To process payments: Managing credit purchases and subscriptions through Stripe.
• To improve the product: Aggregated, anonymized analysis data may be used to improve our scoring accuracy and AI models. Individual video content is never used for training purposes.
• To communicate with you: Transactional emails such as analysis received, analysis ready or failed, payment receipts, and service updates. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate FADE. Each has its own privacy policy:

4. Data Retention

• Video files: FADE-owned copies have a 30-day processing window, then are queued for automatic deletion within 24 hours. Deleting an analysis queues its unshared video copy for deletion within 24 hours. The written analysis remains usable after its video expires.
• Analysis results: Retained in your account history until you request deletion.
• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request.
• API usage logs: Retained for billing and debugging purposes and automatically purged after 90 days.
• Payment records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
• Meta Ads data: Retained while your Meta connection is active. Deleted when you disconnect your Meta account or delete your FADE account.

5. Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard measures:

• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
• Database access is restricted to authenticated, authorized requests only.
• Authentication is handled by Clerk, which implements enterprise-grade security including multi-factor authentication support.
• Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data: View all analysis results stored in your account at any time.
• Delete your data: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
• Export your data: Request a copy of your analysis results in a standard format.
• Control optional analytics: PostHog is disabled unless you consent. Use the Cookie settings button in FADE at any time to accept, decline, or withdraw consent. Declining removes the PostHog browser identity and disables optional analytics persistence; FADE retains only your consent preference in local storage.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. EU/EEA residents (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing is contract performance (providing the service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (improving our product with anonymized, aggregated data). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. 7. Cookies

Authentication sessions are managed by Clerk using secure, essential browser storage needed for login. Vercel Analytics is cookieless. PostHog may use cookies and local storage for optional product analytics only after you choose Accept. You can decline before any PostHog event is sent or withdraw consent later through the Cookie settings button. FADE then clears the PostHog browser identity and disables its optional persistence while retaining your consent preference locally.

8. Children's Privacy

FADE is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will delete their account and data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the application. Continued use of FADE after changes constitutes acceptance.
